You are allowed tor return any purchase within 14 days.

It starts at the day, where your order got delivered.

We make this process easier with our "Start a Return" Portal in the footer menu of our website.

What happens next?

Once the statement got provided, we have to refund you all transactions and the shipping fees within a maximum of 14 business days, after the statement got sent to us. We always use the same payment informations, which got used to place this order, as far as nothing else got discussed. We will never charge any fees for the refund. We are eligible to hold the payment back ( refund ) until we received the goods, which got purchased back.

You have to send the goods back at every time, within 14 days after arrival, without any excuse. We are not offering free returns, as far as no error happened on our end.
