- All items will go live at 9PM CET every Monday.
- Our website will be locked 10 minutes before the drop, all you have to do is to refresh the page, NO PASSWORD is required to access.
- Every member is allowed 1 pair per drop.
- Multiple orders from the same drop will end in a cancellation, as well as a suspension from our service. This rule also counts for multiple orders on multiple accounts using the same delivery address.
- Every member is guaranteed one pair per drop out of all items.
- Checkouts before the initial drop will lead in a order cancellation & a permanent membership suspension.
- Please allow between 7-25 business days for shipping on Drop Week products.
