For all orders please allow up to 5 business days for processing before shipment.

For all orders, processing and verification times range from 1 to 5 business days before an order ships. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders delivered will be always shipped by DHL / DPD or Fedex Express, and orders delivered internationally will be shipped via DHL.

Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please mark that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

Delivery and processing speeds vary by pricing options. Some orders may ship to Julez Supply first for verification and typically take 7-10 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) to reach us.

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Julez Supply reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time.  We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.


All Customers are eligible to return any purchase within 14 days after delivery. Please use our Returns Portal to apply for any sort of return. The items sent back to us have to be completely in the same condition as delivered, meaning completely new, with all tags and packaging. We don’t provide free return labels as far as not discussed with our support before, the costs per return are up to the buyer. Subscription purchases are not a subject for a refund.


Please allow up to 10-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the items(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including original shipping charges.
